December is upon us! As someone who waits all year for the holidays to come around again, I’m incredibly excited. We had our Christmas tree up by the second week of November (don’t judge!). And I’m already making a mental bucket list of things in my head of things I’d like to do during December. Such as:
– Classic black-and-white Christmas films I’d like to rewatch. Not to mention the cute, albeit slightly cheesy Hallmark ones that we all love because you can rely on them to have a happy ending!
– Cookies, scones, and other carb-y goodies that I want to do healthy experiments with in the kitchen.
– Books set during Winter/Christmas that I’d like to start reading.
And of course, there’s a ton of Christmas music my eardrums can’t wait to get re-acquainted with!
My love of Christmas is strong and so is my love for music. So I’m naturally passionate about pairing the two together!
Speaking of lists… the other day, I put together a Spotify playlist of 2+ hours of my favorite Christmas tunes. And today, I’m sharing that playlist with you!
This playlist was so fun to create and left me really excited because I discovered a lot of new music and revisited the nostalgia of my old favorites from previous years.
With a mix of artists and composers like Michael Buble, Lindsey Sterling, Owl City, Harry Gregson-Williams, Bing Crosby, Wham, and Pentatonix, there’s some great variety on there for different tastes. Maybe it will introduce you to some new favorites this holiday season!
What are you listening to this holiday season?
Is there a Christmas song that sparks a ridiculously happy feeling in your heart when it comes on the radio (or your playlist)?
